Serra Azul, BRAZIL:  Brazilian Maria Nilza, 36, and mother of four, shows her 'Bolsa Familia' social plan card in Serra Azul, north of the state of Minas Gerais 11 September, 2006. 'Bolsa Familia' was created by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in order to help poor people with a monthly pension which ranges from 50 to 95 Brazilian reales (23 to 40 US dollars). For next 01 October election, da Silva advances towards reelection mainly backed by a social programme which meets with the needs of 50 million people.
